When we have deeply explored and rooted our self love, our inner guidance system and our understanding of our personal identity, we have set a foundation that is empowered and centered, balanced and whole to move out into the world. The following manual is a guide to and through embodiment practices, tools, and techniques that have been anchored within self, complete with activities to explore with our students. These tools, ,and techniques have proven effective over the past 25 years in education settings internationally, for all ages and beliefs. We have spent many years training bodies and minds. It is time to focus on the heart, and our connections to each other.
