Synopsis

In this book i explain about mediumnism outside dogmas and religious standards. I address some themes: types of mediumnism, how to evolve and develop it, what problems the medium can have, how to learn to defend against harmful energies as well as obsessors and techniques to care of our spiritual energy. I also talk about what empaths are and what they feel. I created a guide for mediums, psychics and empaths who can't find the information they need to understand their own spirituality. You will also find explanations about the aura, energetic influences that can influence your life. It mentions the types of energies that exist in places, egregors, affluences, energy channels, among others, since these types of energies influence our lives a lot. I teach how to evolve our abilities and deal with what we feel. This is a book for those who wish to evolve or work with the spiritual side, being a guide that provides a lot of information.
