Synopsis

Biography morphs to fact based fiction. An old semi-retired Police Detective, who is restoring a WWII Navy tugboat, becomes forever linked to a ten-year old orphan boy, who has no relatives, no nationality, and no future. The boy does however, live on his own fifty-four foot sailing yacht in Galveston, Texas. The maritime backdrop provides a captivating scene where the very old is forever joined with the very young.
