Laura Beth Shurtliff, a Fallon, NV native, is a passionate writer and artist. Homeschooled, she discovered her love for English and creative writing early on, penning her first chapter book in 7th grade. She graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a BA in Art and a minor in English Literature. Her work is inspired by her family, her Catholic faith, and the children she nannies.
