Paul Morbidelli, born in 1972 in New Haven, Connecticut, discovered a love for drawing at an early age but grew up as a shy child. A graduate of Eli Whitney Technical High School (1992) and the Culinary Institute of America (2006), Paul is a celebrated chef and three-time Foods from Spain Professional Recipe Contest winner (2005-2007). Formerly the Executive Chef at New Haven's award-winning Geronimo Restaurant, he now serves as Head Chef at Blackledge Country Club in Hebron, Connecticut. Paul resides in East Hampton, Connecticut, where he continues to share his culinary artistry.
