This workable moral strategy picks up where Einstein, Oppenheimer, and Naomi Shohno left off. It exports no United States' or other nations' money. It prevents suicidal-self-inflicted annihilation via nuclear war, via any war. Without acting on a plan such as this the future of humanity remains very uncertain. It is affordable.
