À propos de l'auteur
Catherine Marrone received both her B.A. and Ph.D. in sociology from Stony Brook University in New York and completed two years of post-doctoral work at the Yale School of Medicine Department of Epidemiology and Public Health. Dr. Marrone is an advanced senior lecturer of sociology and the director of undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University. Her research and teaching focus on issues within the field of medical sociology, including social inequity in health and the sociology of aging.
