Gerald "Jerry" Corey, EdD, ABPP, currently holds the position of Distinguished Visiting Professor of Counseling at the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, and professor emeritus of human services and counseling at California State University at Fullerton. He received the Outstanding Professor of the Year Award from California State University at Fullerton and the Thomas Hohenshil National Publications Award from the American Counseling Association. He is the author or co-author of 16 textbooks in counseling, along with more than 70 journal articles and book chapters.
