Not a sports psychology text, but also not a technical text on the fundamentals of fencing. It is a book that wants to analyze the link between the two disciplines, emphasizing the relational aspect of the discipline.
Each chapter has a technical section explained in such a way as to be understood even by non-experts, and a supporting "psychological interpretation", mirrored by analogy.
In the appendix, a small experimental research conducted through social channels that has seen the participation of national and international fencers, through a questionnaire with multiple choice questions and open questions, completely anonymous, open to all regardless of age.
