Synopsis

Near Edge Wrestling is a small, regional promotion based in Indiana. They're like a lot of the independent wrestling groups, serving as a launching pad for the up and comers, and a soft landing for those who've hit their ceiling or are on the way down. They have a core group of loyal fans, but the promotion needs something. Denny Carnes, promoter, booker, trainer, and local business man in a struggling, post pandemic town, works to keep the enthusiam high, but it's a struggle. One night, a fan wearing a a mask that's seen a lot of rings appears, full of optimism and knowledge. Business starts to pick up, and Denny and some of the crew realize that there is something behind the fan's mask that holds the key to the futures of the promotion, its wrestlers, and a young, fatherless fan named Andy.
