Synopsis

Law governing woman rights in African countries is a complex framework that requires exploration. For instance, women inheritance law governing some parts of Nigeria gives little or no right for women to claim ownership of their deceased husband which pose risk on the mental, emotional and social well-being of such women. There has been several books written as a result of many cases of women suffering after the death of their husband in African. Thus, this book is an examination of women’s rights of inheritance in Nigeria and in comparison with that Botswana, Zambia and Ghana. Different cases, treaties were investigated to back of the claim in this book. It took a little bit of traveling to get the fact right which implies that this book is not one of the online copy and paste work. Also, I have written this book to enlighten the world about the law governing women inheritance and how they might be improved upon.
All cases used were taken from archives and journals from professors in Law, this book can guide your understand as a law students, lecturer and independent bodies. All information in this book are original and no part was fabricated.
