Auriti elaborates the new theory of value "as a relationship between phases of time" which will lead him to the discovery of the "induced value" of money. “Those who create the value of money are not those who print it but the people who accept it as a means of payment”, however, it is the bankers, the great usurers, who appropriate the monetary value, using it as an instrument of domination and imposing on humanity the seigniorage of debt. And here is the ingenious solution to the problem: Popular ownership of money, which returns to the people the ill-gotten gains of the monetary values that it creates. The hope is that governments will manage the monetary issue and distribute the profits, as a citizen's income, to all citizens.
