Do you believe, yet?...
Curtis Craxford and the Journalist took their seats once more in the study of The Old Rectory in Northumberland; Curtis' opulent family home.
“So, yesterday you told me all about what happened in the Amazon Rainforest, but that was only the beginning?” asked the journalist, who looked so comfortable sitting in a low and deeply soft padded armchair opposite the man he was interviewing for a written biography.
“Yes, well, I thought it was the end of the story, at the time.” said Curtis, sipping at his coffee, after spending all of the previous day delving into great detail surrounding his strange and haunting experiences in the forests of Brazil.
“But you're saying that's not where the story finishes?” asked Tim.
“Not by a long way, Tim.” said Curtis, with a glint of excitement still in his tired eyes. “But for me to tell you the next part, first we need to skip back in time by about five hundred years or so, and I need to tell you about the Order of the Northern Carmelites...”
Part 2 follows on from the incidents in the jungle a few years earlier, and Curtis has become somewhat of an unwilling cult celebrity, bringing more than his fair share of strange patrons to Craxford Museum to meet the man himself.
One such day, Curtis is approached by Stuart Cassidy, a detectorist who had made a strange discovery on the shoreline of the Northumbrian coast near the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, causing Curtis' white hot and obsessive enthusiasm to peak once more as he and his friends, once again try to solve ancient riddles and find artefacts purportedly linked to the famous Knights Templar.
But, as with the discoveries in the Amazon, all is not what it seems...
