The Design of Learning Organizations explores collective learning, leveraging the Neural Network Paradigm. In this work, Alex, then a junior researcher in Artificial Neural Networks, envisioned a future of collective learning during his MBA that started to materialized 30 years later. Following his thesis, Alex co-led the creation of the McKinsey Digital Practice and held key digital transformation roles as CXO in large global Corporations and CDAO in Fintech.

Leveraging his passion for history, economics, biology, and computer sciences, Alex was exposed first hand to exposed early global examples of organizations exemplifying superior learning and irrupting into the global high technology scene.

Now a seasoned practitioner, Alex shapes some of the largest analytical environments in the industry, as he did in PayPal, major financial institutions and technology companies, and currently is pioneering designs, frameworks and training for the fast and safe deployment of Generative AI.
