Synopsis

After waking from two hundred years of slumber, the evil magician, Gornic, discovers a new world in which magic is foreign to most and often frowned upon. After twenty years of searching ancient scrolls, he finally finds what he was looking for, something that will help him finish what he couldn't so many years ago. Soon, he finds himself in The Growling Rat pub in Foxtracks, where his goal is to recruit the five naive and unassuming young adults talking and laughing to collect some items for him. His goal is to send them off on an adventure, making them think they're helping to save the world of Endura but, in reality, working towards helping him to achieve ultimate power. The stakes are high and it must be accomplished with precision, cunning, and luck. Pymar, the group's leader, along with his friends Van, Owl, Karm, and Tris, tackle the impossible and, along the way, find out much about themselves as they do each other.
