Ned Cole is a retired businessman and former owner of ABC Rail Corporation. He is also a retired Colonel from the New York Air National Guard. Ned wrote his first book, "An American Family: the Coles," so that his grandchildren could learn about the rich history of the Cole family. His second book, "A Tale of Silence," was partly written to help him cope with the loss of his son, Jonathan. Ned and his wife Carol live in a Florida community of US military retirees.
