I became a Christian about five years ago. Before that, I was a New Age guru and a practitioner of the occult science of Alchemy. Leo Rizo (the author) was born in Cartagena, Colombia, S.A., a coastal city on the Caribbean Sea. At the age of ten months, his parents migrated to Evanston, Illinois. He grew up in Evanston. At the age of 19, he came to know the Lord Jesus through a friend. Around the age of 25, he met and then married a beautiful young lady, Julia E. Xicotencatl. They have two adult children and three beautiful granddaughters.
