Until this complex equation is solved, Jewish and Islamic political leaders must negotiate in bad faith to avoid the fatal consequences of making unpopular decisions. He has studied the Arab- Israeli conflict for the past forty years.Dr. Phillips is the president of Walbrent College and is a fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. He holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics and engineering, master's degrees in engineering and planning, and a doctorate in engineering.
