Creator of the Intangience methodology—certified by the United Nations-established University for Peace—Ross has led historic political campaigns across the Caribbean that elevated the first female prime ministers and presidents in multiple nations. Through his philanthropic organization ReThink, he develops global initiatives focused on kindness and happiness. Ross resides in both Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago, where he continues his mission of helping others "do well and do good."
