All this is possible when the person at the helm is a Visionary and a Missionary. He/She has a vision to fulfill and a mission to achieve; therefore a Principal must have core-beliefs, ideals, and principles which will help in making the institution a learning organization.In this book efforts have been made to incorporate all those Principles, Abilities and Qualities which the Principal must possess to administer, monitor, supervise, guide and Lead.
