Sonora creó y presenta #QPOCChat, un chat mensual en X (antes conocido como Twitter) para fortalecer la comunidad de escritores queer de color. Actualmente reside en Arizona en una casa familiar multigeneracional con una pequeña manada de perros a cargo del lugar.
