Dr. Mythili Kolluru is an award-winning educator, strategic management scholar, and global learning architect with over 23 years of experience across the Middle East, Asia, and North America. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Banking and Financial Studies, Muscat, Oman. Over the course of her career, she has designed, delivered, and evaluated MBA, undergraduate, and executive education programs, leading curriculum innovation, quality assurance initiatives, and accreditation-aligned teaching and assessment practices. In addition to being a Certified Strategic Planning Professional, Dr. Kolluru is a highly regarded corporate trainer who consistently receives an outstanding rating of 4.9/5. A prolific researcher and author, she has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in internationally indexed journals, including Scopus Q1 and Q2 outlets. She has also authored specialized books and developed copyrighted frameworks such as the Strategic Thinking Wheel and the Personalized Strategic Career Decision-Making Grid. As a columnist for the Oman Observer, with over 60 published articles, Dr. Kolluru translates complex ideas related to strategy, leadership, productivity, international affairs, and the future of work into accessible and practical insights for policymakers, industry leaders, and the wider public.
Dr. Mavis Gutu is a lecturer, and a Global Online Programmes Specialist in the Business School at Edinburgh Napier University, Edinburgh, UK. She is a Senior Fellow (SFHEA) of the Higher Education Academy, and an Associate (ACGAI) of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute. Her research focuses on key current trends such as future of work, international business and marketing, and foreign market entry strategies. She has published in ABS4* and ABS3* journals. She has presented at both local and international levels.
