K. Gerald Torrence is a distinguished attorney, college professor, ordained Baptist minister, writer, and social activist based in Atlanta, Georgia. With a steadfast commitment to truth, justice, and racial equity, he offers a profound perspective on systemic racism, white supremacy, and social justice reform in America. Coming from a family of educators, Gerald developed a deep passion for knowledge and advocacy early on. He earned his undergraduate degree from the esteemed Morehouse College and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After nearly two decades of practicing law, he transitioned into academia, dedicating over ten years to teaching business law at renowned institutions such as Tuskegee University and Morehouse College.Beyond his contributions to law and education, Gerald is a licensed and ordained Baptist minister, committed to uplifting and empowering communities through faith and activism.
