From these humble beginnings, shaped by both love and adversity, Tracey cultivated a deep sense of empathy, creativity, and self-awareness. Her journey has been one of transformation: from a senior leader in the corporate world, to a student of photography earning both a degree and a master’s in the arts, and later founding her own consultancy as a leadership development expert and coach.
