All this is possible when the person at the helm is a Visionary and a Missionary. He/She has a vision to fulfill and a mission to achieve; therefore a Principal must have core-beliefs, ideals, and principles which will help in making the institution a learning organization.In this book efforts have been made to incorporate all those Principles, Abilities and Qualities which the Principal must possess to administer, monitor, supervise, guide and Lead. It is indeed a pleasure for me to have shared my own experiences and experimentations of Principalship in the book.
