Synopsis

Kate Barkway is a middle-aged wife and mother living in the idyllic town of East Grand Rapids, Michigan. As an administrator in the city's Parks and Recreation Department, she's called upon to oversee the annual triathlon one September while her supervisor is on leave. The race, quite popular among experienced athletes and novices alike, seems to be going well... until a body is pulled from the waters of Reeds Lake. That body belongs to Bryan Price-Kate's ex-husband. In the wake of the tragedy, questions arise about Kate's role in Bryan's drowning. No one has more questions than Madalynn Price-Bryan's very pregnant wife. Madalynn wants answers-especially when Kate shows up uninvited to Bryan's memorial service. Madalynn Price won't rest until the truth comes out about Kate Barkway.
