Dr. Joe Cortese, known as "Dr. Joe Positive," has dedicated more than 50 years to public education as a teacher, administrator, professor, and author. He began his career teaching English at Lehighton Area High School in Pennsylvania, later earning advanced degrees from Lehigh University and Widener University, where he completed his Doctor of Education. Inspired to address school climate, bullying, andpositive discipline, he has presented his research at state, national, and international conferences. Joe has served as a school administrator, adjunct professor, and educator for international students, and is the author of multiple books on positive thinking, education, and spirituality, including Phoenixivity. He now lives in Henderson, Nevada, where he continues writing, teaching, and encouraging learners of allages to achieve success and fulfillment.
