The very title speaks of the contents of the book. It quoted the Codes [ Verses] of "Manu-Smriti" - translated in English and presented subject-wise, with small comments- here and there. This book also tried to find out from the Rig-Veda, the sequence of development of the State Policy to physically kill the people of war-defeated IVC Indians, alienated their land, cities, killed most people like- what Spanish people did to eliminate the people of Aztec Civilisation, and colonised Latin America, but in India, after preliminary physical killing and taken over the defeated people's land and cattle -prudently kept alive those Have-nothing common pre-Aryan citizens to work for the owner-settlers- to work for them as slaves, with Zero Human Rights. From the Vedic word " Dasa" the more inclusive word " Shudra" was cointed by Manu-Smriti, and followed by Indian Hindus till date.
