John Clinton Biggs Jr. is the second born of five children, an uncle of four, an Air Force veteran, a business owner, and a lover of life. He was born in Mobile, Alabama and resided there until his teenage years. While living in Mobile, his neighborhood consisted of people from different races, ethnicities, and cultures.
