Help children build self confidence while discovering their own superpowers - to be brave, be kind, be calm, and have grit!

Team Supercrew books help children:

  • recognize emotions
  • overcome fear
  • work through anxiety
  • stay calm when angry
  • create a positive mindset
  • practice kindness
  • develop resilience and patience
  • build confidence
  • improve self-esteem

  • Different from other books on the market, the Team Supercrew Series is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a social-emotional therapy that focuses on the ways that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected.

"This is the kind of book I wish my mom would have read to me as a child. It helps to empower children to recognize their emotions, understand it's ok to feel that way, and choose a more empowering thought. My daughter loves this series!" - Rigel Smith, Blissed Mama

Colorful, detailed, and humorous illustrations encourage connection and discussion between children, parents, and teachers. Join Team Supercrew and find the power to be extraordinary!

A great gift for ages 3,4,5,6,7,8 and grades PreK-2.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and taught grades 1-3 in a small seaside school in New Zealand. She lives in New York and loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time with her husband, teenage son, and dog named Santiago.

Darren Penn is a husband, dad, and award-winning author of the Team Supercrew Book Series. He has a Master's Degree in Creative Writing and Literature, is a native New Yorker, and a self-admitted daydreamer. Some things he dreams about: empowering kids, doughnuts, and becoming the next lefty starter for the New York Yankees.

Sergio was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he currently lives with his wife Viviana and two daughters, April and Emma. He has never stopped drawing. In 1989, he graduated from La Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredon with a degree in fine arts. Initially, he worked as an industrial designer, scenographer, and an art director for an advertising/TV firm while simultaneously developing his own short stories.
