VICTORENE FOSTER KELLEM has a burning passion for empowering single unwed mothers. That passion comes from learning from lessons in her journey on that familiar road. This passion is the cornerstone of her ministry work to women. Second only to encouraging others to step toward transformation, instead of believing that it is too late to turn their life around, respecting self, and aspiring towards all your dreams. She and her husband, Apostle James E. Kellem, are a power couple for the Kingdom of God. Together they have eleven children and 26 grandchildren.
