I was fifteen years old, and I was learning all over again what it meant to love and hurt, to dream and fear. The world was too vast and too rigid, and people barely listened without laughing about "young love", "innocence", and "dreamers".

It is a discovery that love can be transformational, and it can be confining. Pain can be loud, and it can be quiet. Healing sometimes can come from confronting your demons, and other times from running away. Moving on can mean coming to terms with the fact that you're not okay and trusting yourself to keep fighting regardless. This book confronts the light and the shadowed aspects of being a dreamer. It's the romanticism and idealism, as well as the escapism and isolation.

This book is a confession, an allegation, a story, and a message-in-a-paper-bottle to all of the other dreamers in the world who may find themselves, also, written into these pages.
