Tamika Mitchell-Wilcher was born and raised in a rural town called Camilla, GA. She currently resides in Albany, GA. She is a wife and a mother of three beautiful children. She currently holds her Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her sincere prayer is that her books let the world know that we are all unique whether it's on the inside or outside of our bodies.

Laney Fultz is an illustrator and artist from the mountains of Tennessee where she resides with her mother and sister. She is currently in her junior year of high school and enjoys playing competitive volleyball, singing in church, and reading while cuddling up with her dog, Si. Laney hopes to earn an art education degree in the future and considers it an honor to have worked on Wash Em Down as her first illustrated book.

Ashley Dowell is the creator of the independent publishing company, Dowell House Publishing. She holds her Master of Arts in Teaching for Visual Arts from Liberty University and is currently a full-time elementary art teacher. She has had the privilege of illustrating several children's books, as well as her own, and assisting other authors with illustration, editing, and publishing their own books. She enjoys working with budding, independent authors and bringing their ideas to life. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
