Ashley is a Licensed Brain Health Trainer, Owner of SustainaBrain, Author, and Real Estate Appraiser. She enjoys working with those who have sleep problems, anxiety, depression, and people who want to learn more about their brain. Her inspiration for this story was driven by her past career, a reading teacher, where she enjoyed her teaching days at Green Elementary. Now, she hopes to give back to others in this career starting with her words and, one day, speaking to schools and other groups about how they can live a brain-healthy lifestyle so they can perform their best at their job, in their relationships, and in their lives every day. Ashley resides in Ohio.
