Simona Baciu, Founder and President of InIm Institute, Founder of Transylvania College, and President of the C-EDU Education ClusterThirty years ago, Simona Baciu founded Transylvania College, a prestigious school that has contributed to transforming the educational landscape in Romania. Continuing her education journey, she later founded InIm Institute, an organization prioritizing the mental health and well-being of teachers, young people, and employees in schools and companies. She is also a founding member and President of the C-EDU Education Cluster and a founding member of the Rethink Romania Thinktank.Simona is the co-author of two successful books, "The Teacher Within" and "The Guide of the Teacher Within," which were published in English and Romanian.
