Alice Kanaka has been reading everything she could get her hands on since she could hold a book and writing stories about the world around her. Her youth was a series of moves across the United States, accompanied by her sibling sidekick and her books. After studying abroad in England and Spain and a short stint working for Club Med, Alice packed her bags once more and went to teach in Japan.
