Today is a meaningful, rhyming picture book for kids about mindfulness, diversity, and the beauty of living in the present moment. With every turn of the page, children are reminded that right now, today, is something truly worth celebrating.

A Children's Book About Mindfulness & Diversity

• Calming busy thoughts and returning to the present moment
• Practicing gratitude for small, everyday experiences
• Building focus and self-awareness through gentle, lyrical prompts
• Choosing kindness, compassion, and connection each and every day

These tools support social emotional learning (SEL) and help children develop lifelong habits of mindfulness and emotional awareness.
