Lori Arnold is from a small Midwest town, where her parents taught her the value of hard work, the importance of helping others, and the love of Jesus Christ. She attended Purdue University, where she competed as a 4-year division 1 varsity soccer player. After earning her MBA, Lori began her career as a researcher and capability-builder at Procter & Gamble. She then followed her passion to the National Personal Training Institute where she gained certifications in the areas of nutrition and personal training. This was truly divine intervention as Lori used this background to become a ketogenic diet guru and macronutrient wizard after her daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. Lori readily admits her education and experience did not prepare her for the role of "mom." In response, she read dozens of parenting books, over-analyzed each challenge she faced, and ultimately wrote "Heads Up Mom" to fill the gap in candid, encouraging, "front-line" information readily available for new moms. You can find out more about Lori on her website loriarnold.com where she seeks to help moms win the long-game.
