Synopsis

These vampires aren't supernatural. Or super-powered. Just super-relatable.

No glamor, no age-inappropriate romance, and no fangs. Just a pair of mismatched vampires trying to stay alive.

Ben Connor of the Michigan Vampire Society hated the taste of blood so much he created the Truly Bloody Mary, a delicious vampire-approved cocktail. Unfortunately, consuming his many experiments resulted in an unintended side-effect and drew the attention of disapproving Elders.

Sent to fat camp with a cadre of older vampires, Ben struggles to lose the extra weight despite a strict regimen of diet and exercise - and reports of a dangerous predator loose in the area has everyone on edge.

When the remaining members of Ben’s brood show up at camp, Ben learns that the true intentions of their Elders are far more sinister than anyone had imagined.

On the run and partnered with an ill-tempered vampiress, Ben learns the most important rule of being a vampire: in a fight for survival, there are no rules. Now, if only there was a vampire wiki Ben could turn to for guidance...
