In this book Tom shares some key insights he learned from his study of some of the best writing and thinking on business leadership, and from his day-to-day experience of being the CEO of a financial institution over several decades. Tom lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and currently serves on the board of Nelnet Inc., First Interstate Bancorp, The Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, and the advisory board of Lincoln Industries.
