His willingness to explore alternatives builds confidence in the ultimate direction taken.The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors recognizes Tom as a Specialist in Industrial and Office Realty (SIOR) based on his production performance and ethics. He became a licensed real estate professional in 1974 and is a broker in the state of New York.
