Michelle Sauer has a Masters of Fine Art in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education with a minor in Art History and Film Photography. By day, she is a kindergarten through eighth-grade visual art teacher in Colorado. By night, she loves to spend time with her gamer/sports-loving husband and her blue-eyed Siberian husky, Shadow. She enjoys reading mysteries, thrillers, romance, and fantasy. She dabbles in hobbies such as crafting, board and video games, napping, puzzles, and driving around in her classic '76 Corvette Stingray. The Tails Kingdom books are based off her love of mysteries, adventure, magic, growing up in southern California, and her adult-life in Colorado.
