Tim Lowry's love for Dickens began when he was cast as Ebenezer Scrooge in a second grade production of A Christmas Carol. As a professional storyteller, he has since told this tale over 150 times to audiences across the U.S.-that's more than Dickens himself. To say he is familiar with the story is a bit of an understatement.When Tim isn't delighting people with this Christmas staple he is performing at storytelling festivals, schools, libraries, and corporate events all over the country. Between storytelling gigs Tim enjoys spending time in his hometown of Summerville, SC with his wife and two daughters, tending the tomato plants in his garden, and reading from the Old Farmer's Almanac while sipping an ice cold glass of sweet tea.
