It includes reflective questions and activities to help you figure out how your past experiences, inter-generational trauma, current situations or environments, and your habits and beliefs are contributing to your present state of dis-ease and what you can do to change it.

About the Author:

Dr. Adrian Campbell is a Certified Professional Coach, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, and U.S. Military Veteran, with Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Depth Psychology with a Somatic Emphasis from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She currently maintains a private coaching practice and presents internationally on topics relating to well-being and personal development from a somatic and depth psychological viewpoint.
