Synopsis
THIS IS THE THIRD BOOK IN THE TRILOGY LILIES OF THE UNDERGROUND
JANET POLASKY’S UNDERGROUND NETWORK IS UP AND RUNNING.
With her underground network established, Janet Polasky encounters new and deadlier challenges. After her employee, Val Gomez, is ambushed and nearly killed, Janet begins to feel the pressure building from all sides. A new client, pursued by a wealthy and powerful family, needs to disappear and reemerge as a completely different person. This seemingly impossible task brings a new enigmatic entangling relationship.
The Sniper, who once made a living murdering domestic violence workers, finds himself in trouble with his previous employer. After several costly mistakes, he ends up on a hit list himself. Allying with a former target, he worms his way into the underbelly of the organization eliminating threats and reaping financial rewards.
While the diverse cast of characters hurtle toward a final confrontation, a deadly threat from the past re-emerges. Just when Reverend Polasky passes leadership of her organization to Val and turns her attention back to her congregation, she comes to understand that this was only the beginning. A new life looms ahead of her.
