She delights in engaging storylines and imaginative adventures that unveil important life lessons to bright-eyed children. Rachel is a doting, rarely indulging, auntie to her cherished nieces and nephews. Her life has been filled with adventures as a teacher, coach, traveler, advocate, and a specialist in neurological injury recovery. She hopes her gifts encourage, bless, and provoke the people around her to become exactly whom they are meant to be. She currently resides in the Central Valley with her clever pup.

Michael Bliss owes his affinity for illustrating to a clever mother handing him a pen and paper whenever he uttered those terminal words, "I'm bored". With more than 12 years experience in his field, his illustrations add the beauty and the wonder every good classic tale needs to thrive. Michael graduated from San Jose State University at which he received his Bachelor of fine arts degree. Currently, he enjoys painting both digitally in Photoshop and traditionally with watercolor. On occasion, one can find Michael painting a rendition of a local farmer's field in Fresno, CA, where he currently resides. He finds relaxation in creation and is inspired by its shapes, colors, and forms.Michael teaches part time as a substitute teacher in a local school district. This gives him insight into the lives of young people. He desires to be a good role model by using his abilities to inspire children. Book illustration gives him another outlet by which he can impact kids positively in a God-honoring way.
