He was born on March 27, 2007, in Scottsdale, Arizona, and now resides in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with his mother, Brenda, and Grandmother, Doreen. His love for hockey and living in the beautiful state of Idaho have inspired him to write about these funny fictional characters in the series "Team Spudz." He hopes to bring laughter and joy to children around the world. A load of potatoes and the best sport ever will not only make you love reading but also LOVE HOCKEY, if you don't already. Mark Tiger Publishing Group, Mashers' Books (Subsidiary), came to life in January of 2023, and the creation and illustration of "TEAM SPUDZ" was born. Inspired by her love for Hockey and the beautiful state of Idaho, she continues to create these wonderful illustrated fictional characters, introducing children to fun reads written by her son, Mark (Netminder for 16U, CDA Hockey Academy). Together, they have created a wonderful children's book series and hope to entertain all who read their books. Brenda resides in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, along with her son, Mark, and Mother, Doreen Durmann (neé Henriques). She is the owner of Worldwide Search Consultants, providing recruitment services for the relocation and healthcare sectors, while continuing her love with the creation of "TEAM SPUDZ," Mashers' Books.
