From Gallery One: "The term Journey-Faith expresses what I am trying to share. It is not a noun, not an object, static and outside of oneself, but closer to a verb ... Journey-Faith....The focus is on both concepts equally: how I experienced the revelation of God in my life and how my life's journey shaped and found expression in Divine Mystery. It is also how the Gospel message of Love evolved in my life and throughout history remaining still relevant for today's challenges.

My Journey-Faith takes place in an entangled world. The word entanglement is a key concept in quantum physics. It expresses the inextricable relationship of mind and matter and provides a scientific underpinning for my experience that everything is connected. All of our experiences are interconnected. They weave in and out of each other, creating new insights and understandings. Entanglement embraces the human and divine dimensions of reality."

About the Author
Nancy Sylvester, IHM, founded the Institute for Communal Contemplation and Dialogue in 2002. Prior to that she served in elected leadership positions both within her religious congregation, the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) of Monroe, MI., and in the Presidency of the national Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR). She served on the staff of Network, a D.C. based Catholic Social Justice Lobby, for fifteen years, ten years as Executive Director. Nancy is a well-known speaker, writer and process facilitator. She has co-authored two books: Trouble and Beauty, Women Encounter Catholic Social Justice Teaching and Crucible for Change. Her articles have appeared in a variety of publications. She has an undergraduate degree in philosophy and political science from St. Louis University and a master’s in human development from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN. www.iccdinstitute.org for more information.
