Synopsis

In his haste to return to his family, Floyd Logan made a mistake. Now, his family is threatened, and he must rise to the challenge.

The mountains Floyd loves have been invaded by vermin from the east. While his Shoshone friends and his family follow the direction of their shaman and move north, Floyd searches for the savage clan.

When returning from visiting his folks in Tennessee, Floyd was ambushed. He killed two of the bushwhackers and threw the other in jail. The law warned him of the vicious nature of the outlaws’ family. In his haste to return to his beloved Leotie and Mika, he ignored the warning.

Now, led by their bloodthirsty patriarch, Roscoe Akers, the clan, with evil planned for Floyd and his loved ones, heads for the shining mountains in search of the mountain man.

He must stop Akers and his brood, while dodging the Pawnee, and riding into Blackfoot country, where he has been warned by a leader of the Blackfoot to never return on threat of death. The Blackfoot don’t make empty threats.
