Irin Rubin is the CEO and co-founder of MamaZen and creator of the MamaZen Method, a practical, seven-step approach for calmer, more intentional parenting. After facing postpartum anxiety and "mom rage," she built the MamaZen app, where Mindpower Sessions(R) combine cognitive hypnotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness into short audio practices parents can use anytime. Irin's work focuses on emotional skill-building: finding calm fast, breaking generational cycles, and restoring self-compassion.
